Thank you for shopping with us at Crazy Sister Marina. Below you will find information regarding our payment & shipping procedures, policies, and terms.
Shipping rates are $6 for orders up to $34.99, $8 for orders $35.00- $49.99, and $10 for all orders $50+. Rates are calculated based on your subtotal after discounts, if any, are applied.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, if not sooner. We ship via USPS and UPS. Please keep in mind, business days do not include holidays and weekends.
An order confirmation email will be sent letting you know that we have received your order. Tracking information will be sent in an additional email once your order has been packed and a shipping label is created. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear from the carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are provided via your tracking information. Please note that holidays and natural disasters may cause shipping delays.
Unfortunately, sometimes orders do get lost or damaged during the shipping process. We here at Crazy Sister Marina are not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipment. After it leaves our shop, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. If for any reason your package does not arrive or is damaged while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. As much as we'd love to help, we are unable to file the claim on your behalf. We do recommend taking photos as well as saving all packing materials and damaged goods as evidence for your claim.

Online Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags still attached within seven days of delivery of purchase. If the return process is initiated by email within the first seven days after your product has been delivered, you are eligible for your choice of a refund or store credit.
To initiate your return, please email us at sales.crazysister@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return (too big, too small, damaged, wrong item sent, other- please explain). Someone from our sales team will respond to you within 48 hours with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form as well as return shipping information.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order or the item was damaged, in which case we will gladly cover the return costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional information and exceptions:
Returned products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the tags still attached.
For reasons due to consumer protection and health codes, certain products cannot be returned.
Items returned without emailing us first at sales.crazysister@gmail.com will not be refunded.
