Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags still attached within seven days of delivery of purchase. If the return process is initiated by email within the first seven days after your product has been delivered, you are eligible for your choice of a refund or store credit.

To initiate your return, please email us at sales.crazysister@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return (too big, too small, damaged, wrong item sent, other- please explain). Someone from our sales team will respond to you within 48 hours with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form as well as return shipping information.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional information and exceptions:

• Returned products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the tags still attached.
• For reasons due to consumer protection and health codes, certain products cannot be returned.
• Items returned without emailing us first at sales.crazysister@gmail.com will not be refunded.
